Sienna Says
• "I had always just absolutely adored him (Steve Buscemi) as an actor... I thought he would be someone I would learn from, and it (the film) sounded like an interesting project. And that's all it takes really."
• "He (Buscemi's character) thinks I'm this bit of fluff, and I'm sort of sending myself up."
• "She's an incredibly detestable character - they are a match for each other." [on the two main characters]

Trivia
• This is a remake of the controversial Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh's movie 'Interview'
• Steve Buscemi picked Sienna for the role after watching her in Layer Cake, and said "I went to the specials on the DVD to see if there were any deleted scenes of her. I just couldn't get enough of her in the film."
• Sienna accepted the role just a few hours after she was offered it, without having seen a script!
• The woman who steps out of the limo at the end of the movie, almost walking into the distracted Pierre, is played by Katja Schuurman. She played Katya in the original 2003 Dutch version of the movie by Theo Van Gogh.

Reviews
• Filmstew.com: "It is an effective approach that results in a fascinating commentary on celebrity, ethics, jealousy, truth, and the media."
• Slashfilm.com: "Interview is a compelling psychological character study. It’s very hard to keep a film like Interview interesting. Many two star conversational efforts eventually hit a lull. Buscemi’s film keeps it’s momentum through-out."
• Screen International: "Miller can be pouty and peevish, as the role requires, but her wit and bawdiness make this her breakthrough performance."
• Zoom In Online: " In Interview, tabloid joke Sienna Miller more than convinces that she can carry a fil, ... she's the definition of lovely. Miller gives a charismatic performance that's a lot of fun to watch, but they don't have much chemistry at all. Despite its pedigree and curious origins, Interview is a big waste of time--Miller's most of all."
• Reel.com: "The screenplay is witty, and Buscemi and Miller are both excellent—she goes a long way toward atoning for her shrill performance in Factory Girl. It is a smart film in its humor, its subject, and its execution. Van Gogh could not have done better himself, and that is perhaps the best possible homage to this fallen artist."
• Newsday.com: "Here, as in "Factory Girl," Miller is riveting as much for what she holds back as for what she lets loose. If she's not careful, she's going to convince everybody that she can do anything."
• STLToday.com: "Miller emerges as the star. Like the shrewdly self-aware Katya, the actress seems to understand that when we stare at a shiny surface, it's not a window but a mirror."
• BostonNow.com: "Sienna Miller plays the actress, Katya, and her acting is a powerhouse performance, a mix of vapidness and venom that is engaging to watch. It takes awhile to get Miller out of your mind and see only Katya, but once it happens, the whole film locks into place. "
• Canoe.ca: "The film suggests a level of talent in Sienna Miller that she rarely gets a chance to show."
• NPR.org: "She's a stupendous actress. Her Katya is lazy but wily, and she's increasingly turned on by the games she keeps insisting she doesn't want to play. Interview is a danse macabre in which she's always on point."
