"I don't keep in shape. I'm really a lazy cow when it comes to exercising."

Sienna certainly isn't shy about her lack of interest in exercise! She often talks about her belief in eating what she wants, and not being obsessed with exercising.

"I'm still young and I run around a lot, but I'm not particularly healthy. I do eat a lot of food. I don't eat salads and I drink full-fat coffee instead of skinny (skimmed milk) coffee."

"Let's face it, my so-called fabulous shape is the result of very clever airbrushing - I have small boobs and cellulite. I don't really exercise and I eat all the burgers I want. I do feel my metabolism slowing down (but) I'm lucky because I'm young. But I'd rather be lumpy and heavy than skinny and miserable.

Sienna is comfortable with her body, and accepts that she has cellulite but insists that it doesn't bother her.

"One day I know I'm going to wake up and I'll be out to here and my bum will be on the floor! I have just had a normal life so I'm fine with who I am and I'm fine with cellulite, I know it's normal. I'm really not under any delusions of perfection - I don't feel glamorous at all.”

Sienna out walking Porgy and Bess One way we know Sienna keeps fit is by walking her dogs - she is often spotted out on the streets of London with Porgy and Bess. Walking dogs is a great way to keep fit and is particularly good cardio exercise. Studies have shown that dog walking is better than a gym for helping you to shed excess pounds because the average pet owner covers more miles than the average person working out in a gym. A brisk 30-minute walk will burn about 125 calories in a typical person.

Sienna as Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl To play the role of Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl Sienna actually had to lose weight. Edie was what is today called a size zero, and suffered from anorexia and bulimia. To lose the weight Sienna swapped wine for vodka, and ate omelettes made only of egg whites. Sienna said: "I thought, Okay, I'll drink vodka instead of wine because it has less calories." Sienna loves her food though, and admitted that director George Hickenlooper would "come and try to snatch bagels out of my hands."
